Dispatch
Send the right information to the person doing the work.
FIELD SERVICE SOFTWAREBUILT AROUND THE WORK
Dispatch2Invoice gives service contractors one dependable path for dispatch, field work, time, materials, closeout and billing— even when the signal disappears.

Built for service companies that value
ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW
The job record should tell one continuous story—from the moment the office sends it out until the work is ready to bill.
Send the right information to the person doing the work.
Keep job details, time, notes and materials in one clear flow.
Capture the story of the job while the details are still fresh.
Finish with the information the office and customer actually need.
Move completed work toward billing without rebuilding the job twice.
BUILT AROUND RESPONSIBILITY
A technician should not have to navigate office administration. An office manager should not have to hunt through a technician workflow. D2I organizes each experience around the job at hand.
My jobs, my schedule and my timesheet—kept direct and readable in the field.
Customers, operations and billing information organized around the whole company.
A practical system that can grow without turning every task into enterprise software.
PRACTICAL BY DESIGN
No showroom features. No software maze. Just the information and actions that move real work forward.
A technician-first view keeps the next action visible without burying the job under office controls.
Dispatch-based time, materials and closeout history stay connected to the same job record.
Contact details, job history and notes remain useful to the people serving the customer next.
Completed field information flows toward invoice preparation instead of another round of data entry.
Technician, supervisor and office experiences are organized around what each person is responsible for.
Core field work is designed to continue locally and synchronize safely when a connection returns.
OFFLINE-SAFE FIELD WORK
Basements, equipment rooms and rural calls are exactly where field software is needed most. D2I is designed so core work stays useful locally and synchronizes carefully when service returns.
WHY D2I EXISTS
D2I was created by a plumber from Iowa who was frustrated with complicated field-service software, difficult navigation, missing information, and systems that become unreliable when the internet connection is weak.
D2I is being built to work the way service companies actually operate. It saves information on the device, synchronizes when a reliable connection returns, and identifies conflicting updates instead of silently overwriting someone's work. Customer information, job details, photos, notes, estimates, signatures, materials, and completed work can move from dispatch to invoice without unnecessary duplicate entry.
Our culture is equally straightforward: provide an honest estimate for the work the customer requested and the work genuinely required to complete it correctly, safely, and to code. D2I is designed to support accurate work, not unnecessary upselling.
The goal is simple: dependable field-service software that technicians and office staff can learn quickly and use confidently, regardless of their technical experience or internet connection.

Dispatch2Invoice is being built to grow through useful work, honest value and recommendations—not by rushing unfinished software into a customer's business.
Validate before releaseEvery build earns its way forward through repeatable testing and real-device checks.
Protect existing workUpgrades must respect the customer records, jobs and history already on the device.
Listen to the fieldUsability is measured by the person working the call—not by how impressive a feature list looks.

Offline-safe field work is a core design requirement. Jobs and customer work should not stop simply because a basement, mechanical room or rural service area has weak signal.
Not yet. D2I is being designed as a strong-value alternative to expensive enterprise platforms. Final early-access pricing will be published before any trial invitation requires a decision.
The first release is focused on Android. Broader platform support can follow after the Android product is stable and fully proven.
